Important Note:

Please make you you come by the Ice Cream Social on May 19th.  We will be issuing new pool cards to everyone.  For safety and security reasons we ask you to never let someone in without a pool card.  Access to the pool will only be allowed for those persons who are in good standing with the HOA.

Please may sure your children use thier pool card to enter the pool.  We are still having problems with kids climbing the fence to gain access. We believe many of these children do not live in our neighborhood.  This is most common in the evening hours.  We have no choice but to ask the police to help us monitor this issue as it is a liabilty for the Association.  If this issue continues to be a problem, we may have to ask persons without a card key to leave the pool unless they can prove they live in the neighborhood.  If you have any questions or concernes, please feel free to email the board .

If you have rented your home to another person and you wish to authorize them to use the pool, you may fill out the form below and return it to the Principle Management Group.

Please help us keep an eye on the pool.

We are asking all residents to help us keep an eye on the safety and security of of the pool.  The pool is one of our major expenditures and we can all help keep the cost down.  We've been hit with a lot of Vandalism lately.  We've had pool furniture taken and broken.  Our phone inside the pool has been destroyed.  The safety equip has been used as pool toys.  These thing effect us all, either financially or from a safety standpoint. The Board is in the process of purchasing additional furniture for the pool.
