REGULATIONS

A complete duplicate of the Community Declaration of Covenants will be made available on this site in the near future. Below are some highlights of the Community Policies and Procedures.

Parking: Please remember to park your vehicles close to you home, in your drive way, or in your garage.  Street parking is only allowed for temporary parking for no more that 12 hour time periods. Please be aware of where your guests park on the street so as not to block any of your neighbors drive ways. No inoperative or unlicensed vehicles may be parked or stored, other than in an enclosed garage, within the community.  Trucks with tonnage in excess of one ton and vehicles with signage or advertising displays shall not be permitted to park overnight on the neighborhood streets.  Article 2, Section 2.2(b).

Pets: Please keep your pets within a fenced-in area of your lot ant unleashed when walking in the community. Your pets must be kept confined to your property in such a manner that they cannot escape. If your pet is off your personal property, it must be on a leash. It is a serious hazard for children, walkers and joggers in the community when pets are loose or unleashed in the neighborhood. Construction Provisions: We now have an architectural control committee (ACC) for the community consisting of Quail Hollow home owners. They must approve all structures constructed within the community. Please see Article 3 of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for the approval process, construction provisions, and construction materials.

Lawn Maintenance: Owners are required to regularly mow their grass and maintain their landscaping in good condition at all times. If an owner fails to maintain the condition of their lit ten(10) days after receiving notice of the failure from the Association, the Association may perform the duties and bill the owner for the cost. Article 4, Section 4.2-4.3

Trash Pick-Up: The City of Sachse picks up trash in the community every Wednesday by 7:00a.m. You may pick up a blue 95-gallon polycart trash container at the City Hall. You have the option of paying for an additional container and recycling bind according to your family needs. Please contact Utility Billing for the City of Sachse with any additional questions at 972-495-1212, ext. 29 or 30.

Recycling Pickup is once a month. Items which can be recycled are plastic containers #1 and #2, glass jars and bottles of any color, aluminum and tine cans, all junk mail, chipboard (including cereal/cracker boxes), corrugated cardboard, newsprint, magazines, catalogs, computer paper, and stationary. They CANNOT pick up plastic film or bags, kitchen or yard waste, bottle caps, plastic motor oil bottles, batteries of any type, styrofoam or "peanuts" and bubble wrap. There are also periodic bulk pick up days through out the year.
